Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using mnpcoin, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users, including registered account holders, visitors, and any party accessing mnpcoin services through the API or third-party integrations.

Use of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade cryptocurrency in your jurisdiction. mnpcoin reserves the right to restrict access in regions where crypto trading is prohibited by law.

Prohibited Activities

Users may not use mnpcoin for money laundering, market manipulation, unauthorized access attempts, or any activity that violates applicable financial regulations.

Accounts found engaging in wash trading, spoofing, or coordinated price manipulation will be permanently suspended and reported to relevant authorities.

Intellectual Property

All platform content, trademarks, logos, and software are the exclusive property of mnpcoin. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any platform assets without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

mnpcoin is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or losses resulting from market volatility. Cryptocurrency trading carries significant financial risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, mnpcoin's total liability to any user for any claim shall not exceed the trading fees paid by that user in the preceding 30 days.

Third-Party Services

mnpcoin integrates third-party services including payment processors and KYC providers. These parties operate under their own terms. mnpcoin is not responsible for their actions or outages.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and two-factor authentication device. mnpcoin will never ask for your password via email or support chat.

Your Rights

You have the right to withdraw your funds at any time, subject to standard security checks. Account termination requests are processed within 5 business days.

Changes to Terms

mnpcoin may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days in advance. Effective from January 1, 2026.
